Fujifilm has announced its new X-Pro3 Digital Camera, the latest generation of its flagship X series. “FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) is pleased to announce the launch of the FUJIFILM X-Pro3 (X-Pro3) in late November 2019, as the newest flagship model for the X Series lineup of compact and lightweight mirrorless digital cameras that deliver outstanding image quality with Fujifilm’s proprietary color reproduction technology.
The X-Pro3 is the first Fujifilm digital camera to use strong yet lightweight titanium to achieve advanced portability and durability, making it easier than ever to enjoy photography with premium image quality”.
The X-Pro series has always been known as photographer’s cameras as they offer lots of manual controls. These cameras are not only ideal for street shooters but also wedding and other event shooters. The X-Pro3 ($1,699.99 to $1,799.95) provides some extra and brand-new features that no digital camera has achieved before. This old-style camera will take HDR (High Dynamic Range) photographs with no post-processing requirements.
Almost all of the improvements with the X-Pro3 are on the backside, but some changes are elsewhere. For example, stamped magnesium switched to milled titanium for the top and bottom ends for better durability. Two-color choices have a unique layer knows as “DuraTect” for even more durability.
According to the Fujifilm officials, this is called the “cold plasma process, which can be executed simply by driving an electric current through carbon and hydrogen to coat the titanium. This process makes the coating much more robust as compared to pure titanium and even stainless steel.

The X-Pro3 also has a 1.62 million dot touchscreen, which can be flipped through 180°, providing even more freedom for the photographer. The low-light autofocus function is tested at -6.0EV, that’s closer to X-Pro2’s -1.0EV offering.
An HDR shooting function is onboard, and there is an excellent feature that can combine multiple exposures of up to 9 frames from different viewpoints, modes such as Comparative Bright, Comparative Dark, Additive, Average, and different frames into a single fancy collage.
Fujifilm X-Pro3 is an extraordinary piece of photography device; this means it won’t come cheap.
