The upcoming Samsung phone, which is thought to be Galaxy M31, will run on Android 10 and carry at least 2 GB of RAM.
On the Geek bench, Samsung SM-M315F has been spotted and it is believed that the Galaxy M31 is coming. The listing demonstrates the upcoming phone’s main specifications. Part of the Galaxy M-series that Samsung introduced to introduce affordable phones earlier this year, Samsung Galaxy M31 is considered to be the Samsung Galaxy M30 phone’s successor. Samsung has yet to say anything publicly about the handset, but there have been plenty of reports about the smartphone’s arrival.

As reported, the Geek bench has identified an upcoming Samsung smartphone with model number SM-M315F and it is believed to be the smartphone of the Samsung Galaxy M31. The listing indicates the phone runs on Android 10 software and is powered by the Exynos 9611 octa-core SoC.
The Galaxy M31 is also reported to pack 2 GB RAM, but there should be more RAM options at launch. Through single-core results, the phone scores 348, and multi-core results 1,214. It is reported that the new Samsung device is in the early stages of development and is largely tipped to start next year.

Its internal storage is expected to double to 64 GB. The Snapdragon 665 SoC, coupled with 6 GB RAM, reportedly powered the phone earlier, so we’re unsure which processor and RAM options will finally be incorporated. Past reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy M31 will also feature a triple rear camera system but will include a 48-megapixel main shooter, a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy M30 was introduced earlier this year with Exynos 7904 SoC, coupled with at least 4 GB of RAM, and a triple rear camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor.
